Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)

The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 was re-named in 2011; it was previously named the Trade Practices Act 1974.

When the Act was re-named the Australian Consumer Law was introduced as a schedule to the Competition and Consumer Act.
