ACCC alleges Google misled consumers on use of location data

The ACCC has instituted proceedings alleging Google engaged in misleading conduct and made false or misleading representation about collection and use of personal location data.

The first case management hearing is scheduled to be heard before Justice Thawley in Sydney on 14 November at 9.30am.
